Cost of Ownership

When buying a scooter think about the total cost of owning the scooter. You need to consider purchase price, licensing requirements, maintenance and service.

If you are looking for a scooter that goes easy on your budget and carries the promise of nil-service and maintenance costs, then your choice should be an electric powered scooter although owners or fans of gas powered scooters may argue otherwise.

Electric Scooter seems to be the winner when it comes to the amount of maintenance it requires. This type of scooter requires hardly any maintenance and can go on and on till you are tired with the scooter. On the other hand, the gas scooter requires regular maintenance which is a messy affair. However, with proper care the gas scooters can also be coaxed to give good service.
